1. Returns window
You may return a device within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided it is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories. To start a return, contact support with your order number.
- Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
- A restocking deduction may apply to items returned not due to a defect, as disclosed at the time of return.

2. Warranty — what’s covered
New MeWatch devices include a 12-month limited warranty from delivery.
Covered:
- Software faults
- Internal manufacturing defects
Not covered:
- Screen breakage
- Water damage (MeWatch devices are not water-resistant)
- Damage from misuse, drops, or negligence
- Loss or theft
- Fire or external damage
3. Screen-protection plan
An optional monthly protection plan covers screen breakage and takes effect after 6 consecutive monthly payments (coverage applies from month 7). It does not cover water damage at any time.
4. Loss or theft
Loss or theft is not covered by warranty or protection. You can block the device remotely via the parent app and contact support to suspend the line and SIM.
