MeWatch Terms of Service

1. Definitions
“The Company,” “we,” “us” — MeWatch, operated by ULIVER LLC, Wyoming, USA.
“Customer,” “you” — any person who purchases a device from MeWatch or signs up for an active connectivity plan.
“The Service” — MeWatch devices, the bundled mobile connectivity, and the MeWatch parent app, together.
2. The Service
MeWatch provides connected devices (smartwatches, phones, tablets) for children, bundled with a mobile connectivity plan and a parent app to manage and monitor the device.
Connectivity includes calls, SMS messages, internet data (according to the plan purchased), and GPS location services — subject to wireless network coverage and SIM availability.
3. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of the child to purchase a device and set it up. You agree to provide accurate and complete details.
The Company may refuse or cancel activation if details are inaccurate, incomplete, or appear fraudulent.
4. Plans & Billing
Connectivity plans are shown on the SIM Plans page. Prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Billing is monthly or annual, using the payment method you approve at sign-up.
4.1 Automatic renewal
Each plan renews automatically at the end of the billing period unless you cancel through the parent app or contact customer support at least 7 days before renewal.
4.2 Plan changes
You may upgrade your plan at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
5. Cancellation & Returns
Device returns are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
You may cancel a connectivity plan at any time; the service continues through the end of the current billing period, and prior payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
6. Limited Warranty
Every new MeWatch device comes with a 12-month limited warranty covering software defects and internal manufacturing defects. It does not cover screen breakage, water damage, physical damage, misuse, loss, or theft.
An optional monthly screen-protection plan is available and takes effect after 6 consecutive months of payment. It does not cover water damage. See the Returns & Refund Policy for full details.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to misuse the device, network, or app, or to interfere with the Service or other users.
8. Connectivity
Connectivity is provided as part of the MeWatch service and depends on wireless network coverage and availability in your area. Service quality may vary by location.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeWatch and ULIVER LLC disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
11. General
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
