- Will I need to buy a SIM separately?
- No. The phone comes with a built-in SIM. After purchase you choose a plan (from ₪25/month) and activate online — usually within an hour.
- Can the child download apps or browse the internet?
- Not at all. No browser, no app store, no social media. Only calls, messages, GPS, an SOS button, and a camera.
- If the phone breaks or is lost — what happens?
- A 12-month importer warranty covers software faults only. A cracked screen is not covered — a monthly insurance plan for screen breakage is available and takes effect after 6 months. Loss or theft is not covered, but you can lock the device remotely through the parent app.
- What age is it for?
- From ages 6 to 13 — all of elementary school (grades 1–7). Suitable for any child who goes somewhere alone without a parent: school, activities, friends. No restriction for the younger grades.
