MeWatch is a brand operated by Uliver Tech Ltd, Yigal Alon 94, Tel Aviv, Israel. We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with applicable U.S. federal and state privacy laws. This policy explains what we collect, how we use and protect it, and your rights.
2. Information we collect
- Identity & contact: name, phone, email, shipping address.
- Order & payment: items purchased, amounts, order history. We do not store full card numbers — payment is handled by a secure payment processor.
- Connectivity: SIM number, phone number, and plan status (when applicable).
- Site usage: pages viewed and actions taken — collected only after you consent to cookies (see Section 6). IP addresses are stored in a one-way hashed form.
3. How we use your information
- To provide products and services, manage orders and plans, and offer support.
- To meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations.
- For marketing (updates, offers) — only with your opt-in consent. You can withdraw consent at any time.
4. Marketing consent
We send marketing only with your explicit opt-in. When you opt in, we record when and how you consented and the policy version. You can unsubscribe in any email or by contacting us, at any time.
5. Your privacy rights

- Access / download your data: download a full copy of the personal data we hold about you from your account area (“Download my personal data”).
- Correct inaccurate details via your profile or by contacting us.
- Delete: request deletion of your account and personal data from your account area. We process the request and anonymize your details, retaining only records we are legally required to keep (e.g., order/accounting data).
- Withdraw marketing consent at any time.
We do not sell your personal information.
6. Cookies & measurement
We use cookies to operate the site and for measurement/marketing. Measurement and advertising cookies (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta, TikTok) load only after you accept in the cookie banner. We honor the browser Global Privacy Control signal — if your browser sends it, you are excluded from measurement even without using the banner.
7. Sharing with third parties
We share information only as needed to provide the service, with confidentiality-bound providers: the mobile network partner (to run the line), the payment processor, the shipping carrier, our accounting/invoicing provider, and as required by law or a lawful authority.
8. Security
We apply industry-standard safeguards: encryption in transit, one-way password hashing, access controls, and periodic security reviews. No system is perfectly secure; we work continuously to reduce risk.
9. Children’s privacy
MeWatch products are for children, but the account and purchase are managed by the parent/guardian, who is responsible for data related to the child.
