1. Definitions

“The Company,” “we,” “us” — the MeWatch brand, operated by Uliver Tech Ltd, Yigal Alon 94, Tel Aviv, Israel.

“Customer,” “you” — any person who purchases a device from MeWatch or signs up for an active connectivity plan.

“Network partner”a third-party mobile network partner (MVNO) that operates the mobile network on which MeWatch SIMs run. Cellular service is also subject to the network partner’s terms.

Using the site and services means you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The Service

MeWatch provides connected devices for children (smartwatches, phones, tablets), with an optional mobile connectivity plan, plus a parent app to manage and monitor the device. Cellular features (calls, messages, data, location) depend on network coverage and SIM availability.

Safety note: MeWatch devices are not water-resistant. Keep them away from water and moisture.

3. Registration & Activation

The SIM ships pre-installed. Activation is done by the customer through the parent app or customer support. You must provide accurate, complete details; we may decline activation if details are incorrect, missing, or suspicious.

4. Plans, Pricing & Billing

Plans and pricing are shown on the plans page. Billing is monthly or annual, on the payment method you authorize. Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable taxes unless stated.

4.1 Auto-renewal

Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account area or by contacting support.

5. Cancellation & Line Disconnection

You may cancel a plan at any time — immediately or at the end of the billing period — from your account area. Note: cancelling the line disconnects the cellular service and the device/watch will stop working on the mobile network.

Phone number: when a plan is cancelled, the phone number is not retained and may be released and reassigned to another customer. To keep or port a number, arrange it with support before cancelling.

6. Warranty

New MeWatch devices include a 12-month limited warranty covering software faults and manufacturing defects only. It does not cover screen breakage, water damage, physical damage, misuse, loss, or theft. See the Returns & Warranty policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights in the site, content, logo, and the MeWatch brand are reserved. You may not copy, reproduce, or make commercial use of the content without written permission.

8. Privacy

Your personal data is stored securely and shared only as needed to provide the service (e.g., the network partner, payment processor, carrier) or as required by law. See our Privacy Policy.

9. General

These terms are governed by applicable U.S. federal and state law. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is posted here.
