Set up your MeWatch
From activating the included SIM to seeing your child on the map: five simple steps, done once.

Step 1
Activate the included SIM
Every device ships with a SpeedTalk SIM included. Activate it online directly with SpeedTalk at speedtalkmobile.com/activate. Enter the 19-digit SIM number printed on the SIM card or its packaging and choose a low-cost prepaid plan. It runs on the nationwide T-Mobile 4G LTE network and usually takes minutes. MeWatch monthly plans are coming soon.

Step 2
Restart the device
Once your line is active, turn the device fully off, wait about ten seconds, and turn it back on. This lets it join the network for the first time.
⚠️ Still seeing “No SIM”?
If the device still shows “No SIM” ten minutes after activation, the SIM may be faulty, and we’ll replace it free. Contact support

Step 3
Download the parent app
You’ll control everything from your own phone with the free MeWatch parent app. Search “YQT Smart” in your app store and install it.

Step 4
Create your account & pair
Open the app, create a parent account, choose your region, and follow the steps to pair the device.
📍 Important: choose “North America”
At the bottom of the app’s Login screen, tap Region, choose North America and tap OK, before you sign up. Any other region will not work, and after pairing only our support team can reset it.
📡 Pair only after your plan is active and the device is connected to the cellular network, not over Wi-Fi. Pairing too early will fail.

Step 5
Check that it works
Open the app, confirm you can see the device’s location on the map, then make a quick test call. That’s it. Your child is connected and you’re in control.
